Are all Racing Rascals products custom made?

Yes. Every Racing Rascals item is made to order and designed specifically for your child using the details you provide.

We don’t use templates or copy-and-paste designs.
No two Racing Rascals products are ever the same.

What details do I need to provide when ordering?

When placing your order, you’ll be asked for key details such as:

• Rider name

• Race number

• Colour preferences

• Product-specific options (for example logo placement or phone model where applicable)

All details are added directly to your order so nothing gets missed.

How long does a custom order take?

Because everything is made to order, our standard lead time is:

⏱ Approximately 10–15 working days or 4 weeks depending on product

Some products may take slightly longer depending on the item. If this applies, it will be clearly stated on the product page.

We take the time needed to get your design right.

Will I get a design proof before it’s made?

Yes, because every Racing Rascals item is truly bespoke, we’ll create your custom design and send you a proof to check before we make it.

We want you to absolutely love it, so if you’d like changes (colours, layout, name/number style etc.) you can tell us and we’ll adjust it.

In some cases this can be an iterative process  we’d rather take a little extra time to get it right than rush something that isn’t perfect.

That’s the whole Racing Rascals ethos: we create what we’d want our own kids to wear loud, individual, and made properly.

Please note: responding quickly to your proof helps keep your order within the estimated lead time.

Why doesn’t my item look exactly like the example images?

The designs shown on our website are examples only.

Every Racing Rascals product is bespoke, created using your child’s details. Colours, layout, and artwork may vary slightly that’s not a flaw, it’s what makes each piece unique.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

If you need to change something, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once your design has been started or your item has gone into production, changes may not be possible.

Are custom items eligible for returns or refunds?

Because our products are personalised and made specifically for you, custom items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.

If there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch and we’ll always make it right.

How should I care for my Racing Rascals items?

Care instructions vary by product and are included where applicable.

As a general rule:

• Wash clothing inside out

• Use cool washes

• Avoid tumble drying where possible

This helps keep colours bold and designs looking race-ready.

Who do I contact if I’m unsure about anything?

We’re racers and parents ourselves and we’re always happy to help.

If you’re unsure about sizing, custom details, or anything else, please contact us before ordering and we’ll guide you through it.

Can I order for a birthday or special occasion?

Answer:
Yes — many of our items are ordered as birthday, race-day, or milestone gifts.

If you’re ordering for a specific date, please leave a note at checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Because every item is made to order, we always recommend ordering as early as possible.

Can I request specific colours, bikes, or themes?

Answer:
Absolutely. If your child has favourite colours, a specific bike, number style, or overall vibe, just let us know when ordering.

The more detail you give us, the better we can tailor the design to your Racing Rascal.

What if I make a mistake on my order details?

Answer:
If you spot an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible.

Because designs are created to order, changes may not be possible once artwork has been approved or production has started — but we’ll always help where we can.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Answer:
Because all Racing Rascals items are custom made, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for personalised products unless there is a fault or error on our part.

Is Racing Rascals a family-run business?

Yes.

We’re a motorsport family through and through.
Two of our children race themselves, and everything we create is built around what we want for our own kids.

Racing Rascals was created at the track not in a boardroom.
