About Racing Rascals

Racing Rascals is a family-run brand creating bespoke, made-to-order motorsport-inspired products for children and racing families. Every item is designed individually using the details provided at the time of ordering.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

All Racing Rascals products are custom made to order. This means:

  • Items are not held in stock

  • Each design is created specifically for the customer

  • Final products may vary slightly from example images shown on the website

Because of this, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded once production has begun.

Design Proofs & Approval

For bespoke items, we provide a design proof before production where applicable.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving their design carefully.
Once a design has been approved and production has started, no further changes can be made.

We may allow limited revisions during the proof stage to ensure the final design is right — we’d always rather take a little extra time than rush something that isn’t perfect.

Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where incorrect information has been supplied, payment cannot be processed, or misuse of the service is suspected.

Lead Times & Delivery

Lead times are stated on product pages and throughout the website.
These times include design, production, and preparation before shipping.

Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services. Racing Rascals cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and details of the issue.
We will always work with you to resolve genuine faults.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, images, and content on this website remain the property of Racing Rascals.

Custom artwork created for customers may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
