All Racing Rascals products are custom made to order and personalised specifically for each customer.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect details provided at the time of ordering.

🖌 Design Proofs & Approval
Every bespoke item goes through a custom design process.
We provide a design proof and welcome feedback to ensure you’re completely happy before production begins.

In some cases, this may be an iterative process we’d always rather take a little extra time to get it right than rush something that isn’t perfect.

Once a design has been approved and production has started, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

⚠ Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details of the issue.

We will always work with you to make things right.
